I know this space is the largest bedroom and most people would use it as a master, but I had envisioned it as a home office. If we were to live here, I would be working from home and quite frankly, the light is amazing in this room even though the yard has so many trees its very shady the majority of the day.
The plan was to use the same color Compelling from the bottom kitchen cabinets on one wall and the color Endless Grey from the top cabinets on the other three walls…change in plans came right after painting the south wall. In the kitchen, on the cabinets, it is grey…in the bedroom, it is blue. We left the three remaining walls tan and I touched up little spots that needed it from furniture rubbing, etc.
As I was trimming the room, I decided to do something a little different with the cabinets above the closet (I’d never seen such a thing before). It looked rather cute and my son suggested painting the cloest doors to match. WOW! It’s amazing. The grey/blue from across the room on the closet with the white trim. POP!
